So anyway, consuming content is something that I am into. I like movies, books, TV shows. I kind of miss Friendster and Myspace because I feel like there was more of a focus on listing the things that you are into than posting about the mostly mundane things that happen in our lives. An aside, I just read interesting post on Huffington Post that has made me take into consideration everything that I write on facebook and really everything that I plan on writing on this blog, here is is. But you know what, this blog is for me so I can post anything I want and if I want to share it later I will.
So enough of that. Here is some content I am into right now:
- S*Town Podcast: Brendan and I finished listening to it about a week ago. It invaded all of my thoughts last week. It is the story of a man, John B. Maclamore who contacts a This American Life producer over and over again and convinces that radio producer to visit him in rural Alabama to investigate disturbing UN-investigated crimes in his hometown. There are twists and the story goes a little differently than you might initially think. This is a podcast in 7 episodes.
- Archer PI: Season 7: Brendan and I are a season behind because we don’t have FXX and watch it on Netflix. But I am obsessed with it this week. I usually need to watch 1-2 episodes a night. I am trying to ration it though.
- Textbook Amy Krouse Rosenthal by Amy Krouse Rosenthal: A fun interactive book. It is a little eerie though because the author died between the time it was published in 2016 and now when I am reading it. It is eerie because it is supposed to be an interactive book where she encourages you to text her and interact with her (I haven’t done those things).
- The Santa Clarita Diet: Netflix Show. Drew Barrymore get infected by a virus and becomes a friendly dead person who eats dead people; I guess that makes her a zombie.
- Corned Beef: This is the first year Brendan and I have really made corned beef for St. Patrick’s Day, but we loved it then and we bought up several pieces that were on sale after St. Patrick’s Day and now we can’t stop eating it. MUST Have Ruebens!!!
