7 Great Things to Do With Easter Candy

Easter, it’s coming up and the candy is everywhere in stores right now. Here are some fun ideas of what to do with it this season.

Yum!

1) Buy the Easter candy with the intention of saving it for your children’s Easter Baskets then eat it while they are napping when it has been not even an especially tough day, just a normal day. Tell yourself you are going to only eat three pieces but then keep going.

2) Put together a jar of mixed Easter Candies to share with your co-workers in the break room. Then eat it yourself at work when you realized that you haven’t packed anything to eat for dinner. Come home and complain to your husband that you feel funny and then you realize their really is caffeine in chocolate.

3) At your workplace, take one of the boxes of Peeps left in a break room as a gift to the staff and give it to your mother to bring on her Easter travels when she visits the library to see you, just like one of my co-workers did.

4) Hide the candy somewhere in your house so your children won’t notice it while you are unpacking the stuff you bought at Target. The magical hiding place could be in the closet in your bedroom or your bottom dresser drawer or maybe on top of a bookshelf. Then forget where you hid it.

5) Use a Peep like adhesive putty to hang your preschooler’s artwork up.

6) Buy more Easter Candy because you ate most of it at work or while the kids were napping. Look at your receipt. Be shocked at how expensive it is. Vow to not eat this batch of Easter Candy.

7) Try really hard to find the Easter Candy you hid around the house. Find it again sometime around Mother’s Day. Eat it all yourself. Don’t share with your family. It is Mother’s Day after all.
