Nugget’s 7th birthday fortnight has come and gone. Here are some pictures of his celebrations.
Truthfully, we began celebrating Nugget’s birthday even before his birthday fortnight. Aunt Tina and the girls visited about a week before Nugget’s birthday and we had a nice time visiting with them.
Then the weekend before Nugget’s birthday, we took a day trip to ZooAmerica in Hershey, PA. Here is a picture of Nugget near the elk exhibit. He really loves those viewfinders.

We caught up with Aunt Liz in time to go to Chocolate World and visit one of our favorite Hershey restaurants Fuddruckers.

Nugget’s birthday is in late February when the weather was still chilly, so we took the opportunity to sing to him at dinner for a few nights in a row. I believe this picture was taken on his actual birthday. Notice the new Truck Tunes shirt that he is sporting. We big Truck Tunes fans in our house!

Here are some pictures of Nugget posing with some of his birthday presents.

The weekend after his birthday, Nugget wanted to go to shopping and pick out a new truck with his birthday money. He quickly got to investigating his new truck after checking out at the register.

He also had the final session of his CYO baseball program. Here he is with his medal after the ceremony.

Since Nugget has a winter birthday, we put off celebrating with his class in case the weather did not cooperate. So in mid-March, Nugget invited his class to a bowling party at a local bowling alley.
Nugget had lots of fun and we got to meet his school friends and their families. It was a lot of fun!

I know that he had a great birthday season!
Sounds like Nugget had a really fun time celebrating his birthday :). Great pictures!! Annabelle really loves those viewfinders too.
