What We Did in October:
-We started off the month by visiting a pumpkin farm (October Halloween Farm amusement park thing) and trying out the attractions like the cow cars above. It rained the entire day, but we still had a good time with the friends that we met there.
-Nugget started swimming lessons at a different pool to learn how to float on his back
-Patrick raced to the finish (the end of the marking period was this week at school) to make his AR goal of 15 points. He made his reading goal for the first marking period of the school year!
-We attended greater than 5 doctor or dentist appointments in October, but don’t worry, we are all fine.
-We traveled to the Pennsylvania/ Ohio border for my youngest sister’s wedding and we had a lovely, long weekend there. My sister and the wedding were beautiful and fun.
-On said trip, we also took a side quest to Cleveland for the day
-We made a separate western PA trip earlier in October for the bride’s wedding shower and a family reunion. We had a lovely, long different weekend in the Laurel Highlands.
-I had my own side quest during the month of October that required a good chunk of my time. I will reveal more of those details later this month!
Sounds like everyone’s October was pretty busy. We’re so glad we got to spend so much time with you guys in October though. It was great to see everyone!!
