Happy Halloween! Treat Yourself By Looking at Some of My Halloween Pictures

In my town, almost all of the Halloween-ness of Halloween happens before October 31. Mr. Man and Kindergarten Nugget had their school Halloween parade and town trick or treat night night last Friday.

We have been so busy Halloween-ing, I just realized that I forgot to share the pictures with you. Luckily, today is only now October 31st, so I will share my pictures with you now that Halloween is upon us.

Here are some snapshots from our trips apple picking and then to the pumpkin patch. Hey guys, I am like the embodiment of my previous lists about 18 More Fall Food and Activity Pairings Outside of the Pumpkin Spice Realm, October Edition.

Before we went to the pumpkin farm, we went to a no-frills pick your own apple orchard to get some local apples. Kindergarten Nugget struggled at first but everyone ended up having a good time. I wore my fall-ist outfit.

Then we left and drove to a different farm to go pumpkin picking. . .

Mr. Man likes to pick a large pumpkin.
We all like our annual pictures on the hay wagon on our annual pumpkin picking trip
Here is our family hay wagon picture.
Kindergarten Nugget loves playing on the tractor playground at Savidge Farms, our pumpkin farm.
Mr. Katie also enjoys our annual trip to the pumpkin farm.

This is a picture of our carved pumpkins. Mr. Katie didn’t pick out a pumpkin but was Kindergarten Nugget’s designated carver. My pumpkin is the thin faced one. Mr. Man’s has a pine tree on one side for his favorite TV character Dipper from Gravity Falls (for the second year in a row).

Mr. Man is dressed as a paranormal investigator, a costume of his own design.
Kindergarten Nugget is dressed as a “Construction guy” (his own words).

Trick or Treating on Friday Night

Here are the boys with their friends on Trick or Treat night.

Last Saturday afternoon was a beautiful, warm day with highs in the low 80’s. Mr. Katie needed some time to do work around the yard, so the boys and I ventured out to visit a different pumpkin farm just because it was such a beautiful day.

As you can imagine, Kindergarten Nugget spent a lot of time on this tractor. He also hooked up the wagon with the lawnmower to the back of the tractor.
Mr. Man met a fellow Pokemon fan and spent some time trading cards and talking about Pokemon.

That’s all for today! Happy Halloween!
